Touching a baby chimp

Monkeying around in from of the chimp enclosure at the zoo, a baby chimp started mimicking me. Against all odds and health and safety regulations, the chimp managed to push its arm through the fence and reach towards me. I was able to reach back towards him, close enough to touch fingertips. It was a beautiful moment.
